Initial Enquiry
The easiest way to begin is to send us photographs of your furniture by email or WhatsApp.
Please include:
- Photographs
- Approximate dimensions
- A brief description
- Your location
From this we can usually provide an initial guide price.

Design Consultation
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll discuss fabrics, colours and finishes.
We work with leading fabric suppliers and can arrange samples to be sent directly to your home.
Whether you prefer a traditional look or something contemporary, we’ll help guide you through the options.
Consultations can be carried out:
- In person
- By telephone
- Video call

Booking Your Project
Once the quotation is accepted:
- A 50% deposit secures your place in our diary.
- Fabric and trims are ordered.
- We arrange collection or delivery.

Completion
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Once your furniture is complete, we’ll arrange collection or delivery and send photographs before returning your beautifully restored furniture.
The remaining balance is payable on completion.
